New Dharma’s Purpose and Premises

New Dharma is a ‘way’ to live in constant, immediate and direct relationship with the Divine principle that governs all existence. Its purpose is to reveal the eternal path for mankind that takes one from the personal to the impersonal, from the individual to the universal and back again. It shows how action can be transformed into a vigorous and integral expression of this Divine principle, the ‘Sat-chit-ananda’; Truth, Consciousness and Bliss.

New Dharma is a way of living in alignment with the divine presence that already exists within each of us. It is a path that expands and integrates direct experience and awareness of that transcendent divine principle into the day-to-day challenges and opportunities of individual and collective life.

New Dharma is an expression of the new consciousness that has already descended to the planet. It’s purpose is to show a new possibility for mankind that is already striving to manifest itself in the collective consciousness.

Premises

  • Material life and spiritual development are intertwined; one needs the other to manifest the highest possibility of both.
  • The esoteric teachings of all religions point to the same set of eternal, universal principles.
  • It is necessary to present these principles in ways that modern man can understand them.
  • It is necessary to teach techniques and methods for integrating these principles into day-to-day life.
  • It is necessary to have living examples of people who have succeeded in doing so to act as models for mankind to follow.
  • It is necessary for there to be demonstration projects that allow people to practice and develop themselves in an integrated way in order to learn how to live the new dharma.
  • When enough people have learned this new dharma, a critical mass will be reached and all of mankind will begin to live it.
